Our History

            Our family has been blessed to serve the Palm Beaches continuously since 1946. You might remember Fitz's Drive-In,  Darlin's Take-Out or The Carling House.
         The Country Inn was established in 1973 and our passion for great Southern Food has continued for three generations.
